  • Boyot for Software Applications L.L.C “Boyot is an online real estate management platform and payments solution provider.
  • By clicking pay now you agree to pay boyot Service Fees listed in the payment page for using boyot service.
  • The Tenant authorize Boyot for Software Applications L.L.C, to deliver his rent on his behalf to his Landlord.
  • boyot promises a confidentiality on behalf of Landlords and Tenants information.
  • I agree that I'm a Tenant with a provided Landlord.
  • The Tenant is entirely liable for submitting all his Landlord information details correctly.
  • The Tenant is entirely liable for submitting the date of start collection for which month specified.
  • The Tenant is entirely liable for submitting the correct bank details of his official Landlord collector.
  • The Tenant will be charged for using this service regarding which payment option you choose.
  • The Rent will be deposited in the Landlords account within 2 business day after the transaction is successful, for service users.
  • The Rent will be deposited in the Landlords account within 2 business days after the transaction is successful, for Credit Card users.
  • All credits cards issued based all banks are accepted.
  • Tenant/Payer using boyot service is requested to be available on their respective contact numbers he provided to us.
  • Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Fawry pay, mezza and wallets used in paying through the online payment gateway on boyot must belong to the Tenant/Payer. Otherwise, the Tenant/Payer must attain legal permission from the card owner to perform the transaction.
  • The Tenant/Payer is entirely liable for paying an invoice using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, fawry pay, mezza and wallets facility after carefully reading all the terms & conditions.
  • Refund request is applicable before the Rent has been transferred to landlord only.
  • Any refund requests will be charged.
